If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from My Garment Factory, please contact us immediately.
All returns must be agreed with My Garment Factory in writing before you send the unwanted item(s) back to us. My Garment Factory reserves the right to reject goods arriving at its premises if they have not been discussed with us beforehand and/or they are not clearly marked with a valid return number.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased customised items from My Garment Factory, these cannot be returned. Most items purchased online are subject to a 14-day 'cooling-off period' but this does NOT apply to bespoke items made specifically for you (since we can't return your customised items to stock for resale).
If you wish to return a non-customised item that you have recently purchased from My Garment Factory, please get in touch now.
All returns are subject to a handling fee.
