If you have recently made a purchase from My Garment Factory and feel that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us immediately.
Whether we agree to issue a refund will depend on your grounds for requesting one. Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for:
ARTWORK ERRORS THAT WERE EVIDENT AT THE PROOF STAGE.
If you order customised products from My Garment Factory, you will be asked to sign off your artwork before the printing / embroidery process commences. My Garment Factory will not be held responsible for any errors that were evident at sign-off and which the customer failed to indicate.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED BY A THIRD-PARTY COURIER.
My Garment Factory accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in transit when delivered by third-party couriers.
DELAYED DELIVERIES.
Orders are sometimes delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, and My Garment Factory customers are not entitled to claim refunds, compensation or damages for late deliveries.
Simply changing your mind or being disappointed that a product isn't quite what you hoped for is not sufficient grounds to demand a refund. Some products are subject to a 14-day 'cooling-off period' but as noted in our Returns Policy, this DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMISED ITEMS because we are unable to resell them.
