Finding the Right Cap Style
There are plenty of cap styles to choose from, including trucker caps, snapbacks and low-profile caps.
Where possible, we prefer to work with 5-panel caps for custom branding. Unlike some traditional cap constructions, there isn’t a seam running directly through the centre of the front panel, giving us a smoother area for your logo or design.

More Than Just a Front Logo
The front might be the obvious place for your branding, but it doesn’t have to stop there. Depending on the cap style, we can also add logos, text or other details to the sides and back, giving you plenty of opportunities to make the design your own.
A popular combination is a large embroidered logo on the front with smaller printed details on the sides or back. This creates a premium main feature while allowing you to include additional branding without overcrowding the cap.
Embroidery, Puff Embroidery or Print?
Embroidery works brilliantly on caps, giving logos and text a durable, professional finish. For something that stands out even more, we also offer puff embroidery for suitable simple text and shapes. The raised stitching creates a bold 3D effect that's particularly effective across the front of a cap.
Printing can be the better option for artwork containing fine details, lots of colours, patterns or gradients. These elements don't always translate effectively into stitches, so printing allows more of the detail in the original artwork to be retained.
