In the past few weeks we have recently produced branded clothing for leading childrens charity Noahs Ark.
Noaks Ark Charity aims to raise funds to provide the latest equipment and facilities with the vision of becoming the best childrens hospital in the world. For over 15 years volunteers have campaigned and fundraised tirelessly; and working alongside Cardiff & Vale University Health Board they have helped turn this vision into a reality.
They came to My Garment Factory asking for some help with branded clothing for their charity, we have produced a range of printed t-shrits, hoodies and jackets fully branded with their logos and designs.

But do not worry - we have not moved far (just across the road in fact!). The new move to Lambourne Crescent is the next stage of our ambitous plans as we continue to grow.
The new unit will house both our office and production facilities. We have some ambitous plans for our new office and production facility, keep an eye out over the next few weeks for some more updates from us!

We were recently asked here to produce some printed t-shirts for the Boots Barbarians as they looked to Race the Dragon...
Taking place at the Lord Mayors Cardiff Boat Festival last weekend the team were up against several other teams looking to paddle their way to victory in the name of raising money for Cancer Research Wales.
The festival saw a the Boots Barbarians competing against several teams to win the charity race trying to paddle their way to victory. The day was a success different stalls, entertainment and much more raising money for a selection of different charities.
We recently received an email from Chris from the Boots Barbarians who said 'They have arrived and look fantastic, thank you for all your hard work and wish us well on Sunday!!!' who also added 'Pictures as promised, what a great day we had'.

The Customer Service Assistant will be
- Dealing with all enquiries (online,
in-store and over the phone) in a prompt professional manner
- Processing customer orders
- Managing orders throughout production
- Dealing with & resolving any
- Liaise with other departments to ensure
customers’ orders are on track
- Ensuring orders are both booked
- Strong communication & writing
- Ability to work well both individually
and as a part of a team
- Driven, determined with a can do
- Pro-active sales skills
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets
- ICT Literate (Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Sage software advantageous
(training will be provided)
- Previous customer service experience
Training will be provided in a number of areas to
the successful applicant.
